In addition to handling criminal tax investigations, and clients involved in Grand Jury proceedings, Mr. Freeman has represented clients in cases involving complex white collar crimes including health care fraud, medicare and medicaid fraud, mortgage fraud, money laundering, business and financial fraud and RICO violations.

As a Principal of a Fund of Hedge Funds, Mr. Freeman brings a substantial knowledge of tax planning combined with a unique financial perspective, which he incorporates into his estate, business and tax planning philosophies.

Mr. Freeman holds a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, with honor, from Michigan State University where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Society.
