Marisa Edelman Forman Esq.

Marisa Edelman Forman holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy with a minor in Psychology with honors, from James Madison College at Michigan State University.  Marisa Edelman Forman was also a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.

Ms. Forman is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Her practice areas include general tax matters with an emphasis on compliance, regulatory matters, and filing requirements for clients with Offshore Bank Accounts.  Other areas of expertise include disputes regarding business tax liabilities; including but not limited to the Trust Fund Recovery Penalty and Employee vs. Independent Contractor classification.
